Tareq Al-Saleh is currently the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Massaleh Investments for Financial Investments. He joined Massaleh Investments as Senior Investment Manager in 2000. Prior to joining Massaleh Investments Mr. Al-Saleh worked for Boston Projects Inc., a private equity investment firm based in Boston. Before that he was part of the corporate credit team at the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), the largest bank in Kuwait.

He was elected to the board of Kuwait Economic Society, non profit organization concerned with economic development and public awareness of economic issues, in 2004 and is currently serving as the treasurer. Mr. Al-Saleh earned his Bachelor's degree from Boston University in Economics in 1994 and his MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College in Wellesley, MA in 2000.

Mr. Al-Huneidi is the Executive Director of Direct Investments & Advisory services of Massaleh Investments. His responsibilities include establishing and growing Massaleh Investments direct investments and Advisory services, M&A, and new companies start up activities including the Gulf region and Middle East, as well as other advisory services duties. Mr. Al-Huneidi possess 20 years of investment banking experience with premier investments firms & banks, His leadership experience encompasses key roles in several projects on establishing new companies, business evaluations, investment appraisals,  due diligence, business review and organization restructuring studies. Mr. Al-Huneidi holds two post graduate degrees (master degree) from the U.S. (He earned his MBA in Technology/Project management in 1985 and an additional Executive International Business degree (EIBCP) form Georgetown University Washington D.C. - USA.
